The Time is Now

“Believe in yourself!  Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.”

Norman Vincent Peale

In my last blog we discussed how change, meaningful change, can be exceedingly difficult.  People get stuck for a variety of reasons. We also mentioned getting a vision of what your life looks like on the other side of change. Get the motor revving!! Build your courage and confidence muscles and take that first step onto a new path.

Or, conversely, do you find yourself spending more energy lamenting the fact that you are still stuck? Still in the same place dealing with the same issue. There are countless reasons why you can’t, or you haven’t and before you know it, another year has gone by.

I am not trying to be mean, hell I have been there, many people spend a lot of years being stuck. Living a program that they never try to get out of. Because they simply do not know how.

That little voice tells us the right path to take, but we don’t take it because it’s hard and well it looks kind of scary.  Again, you are not alone! And I do not want you to be stuck!!

What if you could overcome the fear, the guilt, the judgement or whatever is holding you back?

Would you rather work another year in a job you hate? Or would you rather follow your passion even though it might mean sacrifice and working even harder?

Would you rather stay in a relationship that you have invested so much emotion and energy into, even though it is killing your spirit on a daily basis? Or would you rather break free?

Do you have a clear picture of what it looks like on the other side?  Can you see it? Feel it?  Almost taste it?  Did you make a Vision Board so you can see where your journey is going to lead? Are you keeping a journal and seeking motivation?

If you are stuck, if you need to make a change, or if you are dealing with a situation, then seeking out a Life Coach could be the right step. Confidential, calm, low key, and no judgement. I would love to talk and be honored to help you on your journey.

Remember, it is your life, and you are unique. Do not compare yourself to others. What seems like a small thing to one of us, might be a huge thing to someone else. Have compassion in your daily life. You don’t know what someone else may be going through. Connect with Coach Jerry Precise today to schedule your first meeting today, to make our clients feel more comfortable the first meeting is FREE in order to get to know your coach first!
